We Did It Again!

In 2023, SENTINEL achieved a major milestone by obtaining the Great Place to Work® certification across the company. This recognition confirmed our commitment to fostering a positive work environment where growth, collaboration, and employee satisfaction are valued.

Now, in 2024, we proudly celebrate another achievement: SENTINEL has been officially ranked among the TOP 25 Best Places to Work in Costa Rica by Great Place to Work®.

Reaching this prestigious ranking was only possible thanks to our participation in the rigorous GPTW® certification process. We underwent a professional evaluation of our workplace culture and policies, followed by in-depth employee surveys. By earning this certification, we proudly join an elite group of companies worldwide that meet the highest standards of workplace excellence behind the highly recognized Great Place to Work® badge.
